Instructions:

1. Write your child’s name at the top of the chart.
2. Choose some homework or chores from the sticker sheet or write your own to the chart. When your child completes the task they can add a reward sticker in the box.
3. TOP-TIP – Set a target each week.
4. At the end of the week count how many reward stickers they have collected.  If they have achieved a target then present them with a certificate and a reward for completing their homework / chores.
5. At the end of the week remove the reusable stickers and start again.
